Since 1975, r & d gas reference materials and gas mixture alternative to imported products, has been developed by the ministry-level appraisal of the 55 kinds of high-purity gases. There are 25 kinds of pure gas and 8 kinds of gas reference materials to obtain the reference material and measurement equipment manufacturing license qualification of State Bureau of technical supervision.
